YOUR IMPACT
The Education & Membership Coordinator supports TABS’ membership programs and educational initiatives, with a strong focus on member engagement, program coordination, and data management. This role supports member relations, facilitates professional development opportunities, and provides critical administrative support. The Education & Membership Coordinator leverages Salesforce to track member engagement, monitor program usage, and generate data-driven reports to inform strategic decisions.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Membership Coordination & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for member schools, responding to inquiries and providing information on membership benefits, programs, and services
Collaborate with the TABS team to successfully execute a comprehensive member engagement plan, implementing strategies for recruiting and retaining member schools
Support management of the TABS membership email inbox, providing timely and professional responses, and resolving technical issues related to the online membership portal
Support the processing of new and renewing memberships, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up
Maintain and update member records in Salesforce, tracking engagement, renewal status, and key interactions
Gather, summarize, and report on member feedback to identify opportunities for improving services and offerings
Support membership events such as webinars, networking sessions, and conferences, ensuring seamless planning and exceptional member experience
Education Program & Event Support
Support the development and delivery of TABS’ educational offerings, including workshops, webinars, and professional development programs
Manage event logistics, including registration, speaker coordination, materials preparation, and participant communications
Collect, track, and report participant feedback and outcomes to support the continuous improvement of educational programs
Help maintain a repository of educational resources for member schools, ensuring content is current, organized, and easily accessible
Database Management
Maintain and manage accurate records in Salesforce, including tracking member engagement, event participation, and contact information
Track, assign, and update badges in Salesforce for key school roles and ensure appropriate badging for programs such as ResLife Comp passes
Monitor and manage data integrity across systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy in member and program records
Submit Salesforce consultant ticket requests on behalf of internal TABS team
Membership Renewal & Data Management
Support the annual membership renewal process, including billing, follow-ups, and tracking of paid and pending accounts
Collect and summarize membership campaign data, producing reports on engagement, renewals, and trends
Generate, summarize, and report on Salesforce data to address multi-year trends, program usage, and member activity
Collaborate with the team to track membership renewals, identify engagement trends, and uncover opportunities for growth or improvement
Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across all records and reports
Perform other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience in member or community engagement; customer success; admissions or enrollment; family or alumni outreach; or other member-facing role
Demonstrated competence with or ability to quickly learn technology platforms, such as Salesforce or similar CRM, including data entry and reporting
Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and assistance to members and stakeholders
Ability to work flexible/extended hours and travel as needed to accommodate organizational demands and events
Ability to work independently and productively in a remote work environment, while coordinating and collaborating with other remote team members
Belief in the transformational power of education and eagerness to help schools make a difference in the lives of their students
Strong alignment with TABS’ core values and support for initiatives that benefit member schools and their students
Dedication to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment, both within the organization and in interactions with members
BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with schools, especially boarding schools
Experience using PheedLoop or similar event registration and/or learning management platform
Demonstrated ability to summarize, interpret, and report on members engagement and educational program data
