Full Job Description

Growing international manufacturer of plastic and rubber products has an immediate opening at itsPark Hills, Missouri headquartersfor an Administrative Assistant.

Primary responsibilities include answering and transferring multi-line incoming calls and directing to appropriate department, effective communication with internal and external customers, handling general email inquiries promptly and efficiently, fulfilling customer sample requests, operating and handling postage requests and maintenance. General clerical office duties include data entry, creating Microsoft documents, filing, shredding, office supply custodian, and reviewing & distributing incoming and outgoing mail.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of applicable experience in an office environment.

Knowledge of standard office equipment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Able to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Must possess a strong work ethic, very good people skills, and willingness to learn.

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Wage based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
