Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive workplace environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and communicating with candidates.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle inquiries related to employee benefits, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions and assist in the development of HR materials.
Manage office supplies and equipment related to HR functions.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
Provide administrative support by answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
Conduct proofreading of HR documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications for effective document management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication within the organization.
Excellent customer service skills to address employee inquiries professionally.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to maintain high-quality documentation.
Must have Healthcare Experience
