Duties

Provide administrative support to the management team

Assist with calendar management

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents

Maintain phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally

Manage front desk operations and greet visitors

Keeping the office and breakroom tidy and clean

Performing general office clerk duties and errands

Assisting with the organization of company events

Ordering office supplies

Organizing and picking up lunches

Create mailing labels

Sort mail

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to follow directions

Excellent attendance
