Remote Personal Assistant (PST Time Zone)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. This fully remote role requires responsiveness during PST hours and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage emails (Gmail), prioritize tasks, and share actionable items throughout the day.
Take action as instructed: respond to emails, make calls, document in spreadsheets, and handle various administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and organize files for easy access.

Requirements:

Must have Shopify experience and proficiency with Google Sheets.
Highly skilled in email organization and task prioritization.
Prompt and professional communicator.
Experience with data entry, file management, and other clerical duties.
