CR Plumbing in Argyle, TX, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented time Dispatcher – Assistant Office Admin to support our daily operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring efficient scheduling, seamless communication, and excellent customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our Dispatcher – Assistant Office Admin, you will:

Coordinate and dispatch service teams efficiently based on customer needs and scheduling priorities.
Manage office communications, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, field staff, and leadership.
Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and work orders to maintain operational efficiency.
Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and vendor coordination.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

2+ years of customer service experience
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while staying proactive and detail-oriented

SCHEDULE:

This in-office position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and enjoys no night or weekend work!
