Primary responsibilities include:

Receptionist duties that include answering the main phone line and greeting visitors
Manage and process incoming mail, efficiently scan and distribute documents to appropriate online folders, record and tally daily checks.
Create and update database records
Review of data provided by clients for accuracy
Prepares monthly client notices
Prepares government forms for processing
Organizes bulk mailing projects
Administers multiple tasks and prioritizes responsibilities with little or no supervision
Maintaining office equipment and ordering supplies
Working collaboratively with other team members
Represents Primark Benefits to internal and external contacts in a way that promotes the company mission and vision.

Education & Experience:

2+ years Administrative Assistant experience, with a High School Diploma and/or the equivalent work experience
(Associates Degree, a plus)
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to adapt to multiple responsibilities
Strong prioritization and follow up abilities in a rapidly changing environment
Initiative to streamline and suggest improved processes
Able to work well under pressure and time constraints, while maintaining a keen sense of humor
Able to think critically, make decisions and work independently, while adhering to company standards and guidelines
A strong desire to succeed and contribute in a professional environment

Summary

As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
