Job Summary: Bernstein Burkley, P.C. is in search of an exceptional and experienced front desk receptionist/administrative assistant. The primary duties of this position include general reception and clerical responsibilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and will be an integral support team member. The ideal candidate must be professional in appearance, will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and be able to efficiently manage administrative duties while providing callers and visitors with a first-rate client experience.
Essential Duties:
· Answer phones, route calls, greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
· Manage electronic Firm calendar
· Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
· Assist with various administrative tasks such as copying, scanning and drafting correspondence
· Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
· Ensure that the reception area, conference rooms and gathering spaces are clean, stocked, organized and welcoming to clients and visitors
Required skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Friendly and professional communication skills
· Solution-driven with a willingness to learn
· Highly reliable and punctual
· 2-3 years of experience in a professional office setting preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
