Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at Service Title Agency, LLC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including but not limited to clerical tasks, executive administrative assistance, and maintaining effective communication. The role requires phone etiquette and excellent organizational skills. Could evolve into fulltume.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Clerical skills

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

knowledge of Qualia a plus
