Responsibilities

Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team in regard of concur, FCM, and insurance related inquiries and support. and raising the tickets on workday related to the traffic violation, and employees deductions related to data usage or iqama and family related requests.

Being the POC with Rental agencies in KSA and UAE, and help preparing letters related to authorizations, new car requests with Finance, and returning cars, in coordination with our PR in Saudi, and raising deductions tickets for traffic violations.

Being the point of contact for Saudi and UAE with Tasc, Sails, and track exit/ entry requests, authorizing letters ,and renewal of iqama and highlight recharge to finance, similarly in UAE ( Visa renewals, cancellation, and dmccletters ), and raise the deductions tickets when needed.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and leavers by handling Onboarding and off boarding process ( Residency, Insurance, IT equipment, Car, Phone ,Sim Card , and coordinate with line manager to ensure assigning buddy and sending the pre joining welcome email.

Employees Contracts: preparing employees contracts for new joiners to be signed by authorized signatory and keep a records of it.

Schooling reimbursement requests and Housing loans: process schooling requests and housing requests and keep track of it on monthly basis after getting approved by HRBP.

Assist in organizing HR events and townhalls and gatherings in coordination with HRBP.

Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the offices of Dubai and Jeddah. This may include managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating with other departments.

Management: Overseeing the maintenance and organization of office facilities, including ensuring cleanliness, managing Safety, repairs and maintenance, and liaising with building management for parking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
