LHH is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a company in Atlanta, GA. This position supports daily office operations by providing general administrative and clerical assistance to the team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files and records
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
  • Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase requests
  • Order office supplies and help keep the office organized and running smoothly
  • Support basic budget tracking and data entry as needed
  • Help coordinate meetings, events, and special projects
  • Work with different teams to support day-to-day operations
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
