Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for providing secretarial, planning, organizing and logistical support to the Chief Representative Officer of FAB Korea Rep. Office and also assisting the relationship buildup & maintenance with client working staffs. And manage and maintain office environment/assets in good working condition in line with regulatory and company standards.

Key accountabilities:

  • Oversee the general administration and maintenance of the Representative Office.
  • Management of the reception, mails and deliveries.
  • Plan, organize and co-ordinate administrative functions and business schedules.
  • Managing diaries, arranging internal and external meetings, conference calls, receiving visitors, preparation of monthly department meetings and others as required. .
  • Plan, organize and co-ordinate business travel schedules.
  • Assist with the organisation of special events for the Representative Office such as lunch/dinner/client outdoor event (mountain climbing or fishing)
  • Assist with the relationship build-up with the client working staffs such as Associate and Asst. Mgr level.
  • Assist with preparation of information for target industry & client.
  • Update the client contact information and the deal schedule & progress
  • Assist with marketing activities when required.
  • Assist with preparation of internal and external presentations where required.
  • Liaise with third party service providers and vendors.
  • Maintain effective system of records management and filing system to ensure retrieval of documents when required.
  • Managing the internal credit papers and periodicals for clients such as annual report / quarterly reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management or related discipline.
  • Experience developing reports and presentations is a plus.
  • Endurance and passion in challenging and adopting a new environment
  • Be highly organized with great attention to detail and capable of providing quick turnaround support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge about or interest in engineering and construction industry and major Korean EPC contractors i.e. the E&C industry, the Energy industry, the Defense industry, the project finance and etc.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (oral and written), good telephone manner, customer-centric focus.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, confidence working with senior people.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Must be “hands on” and willing to do whatever is required to get the job done.
  • Must be flexible and able to manage a constantly changing schedule and adapt to various working conditions.
  • Enthusiastic about taking on new/different projects and visible/demonstrated energy/attitude to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • High degree of integrity in handling and processing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Good project management skills (ability to keep department initiatives on track).
  • Highly proficient in spoken & written Korean/ English are preferred.
