DEPARTMENT: Behavioral Health and Recovery

JOB SUMMARY: Performs administrative duties for BHR executive management team. Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data and customer relations.

COMPENSATION: $27.62hr.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Associate Degree in Administrative Support, Office Management or related field * Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

Three (3) years of experience working in an office environment.

Three (3) years of experience compiling and maintaining data, documents and reports.

Three (3) years of experience working with confidential documents and information.

Three (3) years of experience computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.

One (1) year of experience working in an Intensive Outpatient Treatment setting or related SUD/MH treatment setting.

One (1) year of experience working within grants budgets and constraints.

Experience working with diverse cultures, specifically Native Americans

Experience working with Tribal policies and procedures.

SKILLS TESTING

Typing 35 WPM

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES

WA State Driver’s License. (Personal Auto Insurance)

Must complete HIPAA training upon hire.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
