Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Support data entry, recordkeeping, and document tracking
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
- Support basic reporting and administrative projects as needed
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor interactions
- Provide general support to leadership and team members
Requirements
- 1-3 years of administrative assistance experience
- Open to industry, financial services preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
