Our client is an financial services firm. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Support data entry, recordkeeping, and document tracking
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
  • Support basic reporting and administrative projects as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor interactions
  • Provide general support to leadership and team members

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of administrative assistance experience
  • Open to industry, financial services preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
