Parttime Administrative Assistant wanted for a small Real Estate Development firm in Midtown. In this role, the administrative assistant will work roughly 15 hours a week, supporting the CEO with basic admin support, assisting with business appointments, travel and expense management and general office management, ordering office and pantry supplies and some receptionist duties. We are seeking a collegial and professional administrative assistant who is flexible and helpful and has solid MS Office experience. This is a great role for someone interested in parttime, in-office support. Ideally, we are seeking candidates who can be flexible to work M-W or T-TH from 9am-1pm. No health benefits offered.
