Auto Swift Finance is a Sydney-based automotive lending and fintech company, with teams across Sydney, Chengdu, and Shanghai. We're growing fast and building out our local operations and customer-facing teams.

The Role
We're looking for a part-time Admin Assistant to support our growing Sydney office. Great opportunity for someone with an admin background who wants flexible hours — with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our team expands.

What You'll Do • Support day-to-day office administration (supplies, meeting room bookings, courier/mail handling) • Coordinate basic IT/equipment setup requests for the office • Help maintain general office records and internal documentation (SharePoint/OneDrive) • Help plan and coordinate company exhibitions/events — stand logistics, supplier liaison (booth builders, freight), materials prep, and on-site support • General admin support for the wider team • Liaise with Chengdu/Shanghai colleagues on routine admin matters when needed

What You'll Bring • Fluent English and Mandarin preferred (spoken and written) • Prior admin, HR, or office coordination experience preferred; event/exhibition coordination experience a plus • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable with Microsoft Office / SharePoint / Outlook; Lark experience a plus • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently • Must have valid Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available) • Willingness to undergo a police check as part of the onboarding process • Basic computer troubleshooting or IT/technical repair skills a plus
