A Dallas-based investment company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support executives and teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is a quick learner, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.

* Temp-Hire (6 months to start)

* Fully on-site, 5 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.

Organize domestic and international travel, including visa procurement.

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and time entry.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Collaborate with teams globally and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience supporting executives, preferably in the financial services sector.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Zoom.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
