Administrative Assistant (Financial Services)

Financial planning firm located in Huntersville, NC is expanding its operations team and is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Sr. financial advisor and founding partner. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
  • Support client onboarding, account setup, transfers, and service requests
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and assist with follow-up tasks
  • Coordinate with custodians and vendors to process requests efficiently
  • Assist with RMD processing and annuity-related support
  • Provide administrative and operational support to advisors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of financial services or client service experience
  • Wealth management or financial planning experience preferred
  • Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
