Responsibilities
Prepare new business forms and engagement letters
Schedule calls/meetings and maintain/update calendars and agendas
Prepare general correspondences, memos, tables, graphs, and meeting minutes
Run monthly billing reports and various partner reports
Welcome and direct visitors and clients
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare any outgoing mail/packages
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Prepare for meetings and conferences
Keep the CRM database up-to-date
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of admin experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with assisting clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range
$70,000-$85,000
