A global investment firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Midtown East. The company is well established and does a fantastic job of creating an inclusive environment where staff members can bring their best selves to work.

This position will provide administrative support for multiple executives and make a meaningful impact for the organization.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling/coordinating meetings
  • Serving as gatekeeper for executives, handling correspondence and overseeing priorities
  • Arranging domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Monitoring expenses and preparing expense reports
  • Preparing and distributing meeting materials and other documents
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects as requested

The Administrative Assistant will enjoy a competitive base salary ($115k- $125k, DOE), comprehensive benefits, hybrid schedule, and the opportunity to work with wonderful and thoughtful colleagues.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting multiple executives
  • Background in finance or professional services
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
