Payroll Operations & Complia
- nceManage end-to-end payroll processing for 5,000+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delive
- ry.Supervise all payroll activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and statutory regulatio
- ns.Administer monthly payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, deductions, advances, leave, and benefi
- ts.Calculate leave entitlements, end-of-service indemnities, and other employee benefi
- ts.Analyze and audit payroll reports prior to release to ensure data integrity and accura
- cy.Participate in bonus processing and compensation-related activiti
es.
HR Systems & Data Manage
- mentOversee HR master data, organizational data, and employee lifecycle transactions across SuccessFactors and SAP
- HCM.Support Time & Attendance system integrations, validations, and exception management between attendance and payroll syst
- ems.Set up, maintain, and enhance payroll features and system capabilit
- ies.Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless system continuity and minimal payroll disruption during upgra
des.
Reporting & Anal
- yticsPrepare payroll MIS reports, dashboards, attendance analytics, and audit-ready documenta
- tion.Generate management reports to support strategic decision-making and workforce plan
- ning.Support manpower planning and budgeting activities across departm

What We’re Look
- ing ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related
- field.5–8 years of experience in payroll administration or a simila
- r role.Strong knowledge of payroll operations, HR systems, and labo
- r laws.Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Time & Attendance s
- ystems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable in
- sights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic envir
onment.
