Role Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide general administrative support.

· Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.

· Handle office supplies, equipment inventory, and liaise with suppliers when required.

· Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient document retrieval.

· Assist in data extraction and data organisation- (scanning, extraction of stats from report)

· Assist in the management of invoices, including tracking, classification, and coordinating with Finance for timely processing.

· Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 and 9001 standards, including documentation control, compliance tracking, and assisting in audit preparation.

· Perform any other related duties assigned.

Qualifications

·        Minimum of HSC

·        Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·        Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
