We are currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to Handle tasks including but not limited to following list.

Summary:

Help maintain an efficient office environment, while providing administrative, secretarial and clerical support to Management and others in the office.

Responsibilities:

-Assist Operations Manger with daily tasks

– Furnishes employees with clerical supplies

– Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail, and collects, seals, and stamps outgoing mail

– Prepare letters and emails in Word, using correct spelling and business formatting

– Create spreadsheets in Excel

– Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate employee

– Courteously greet and assist visitors

– Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees

– Accept and sign for packages and mail, distribute them

– General filing and scheduling

– Assures all office devices are operational and are properly supplied

– Co-ordinate company outings

– Physically inspects the property when on grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to the building management and maintenance team

– Other office-related tasks as requested

– Complete Hourly office disinfect procedure

– Comply and follow office COVID procedures

– As an essential worker, this position requires to be present at the office location in Calabasas full time

Requirements:

– High school diploma

– Minimum 1 year experience in an office setting

– Experience using standard office equipment such as phones, photocopiers, scanners and fax machines

– Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and spreadsheets, etc.

– Attention to detail

– Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

– Ability to multitask with poise and confidence

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Familiar with HR regulations

Hourly rate based on education and experience : $20 – $25
