Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across our office and online platforms. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, structure, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Coordination

Manage customer service inquiries and return requests across platforms
Ensure timely responses and resolution of customer issues
Track and manage inventory related to e-commerce operations

Bookkeeping & Payroll

Submit payroll data
Track employee sick hours
Manage accounts payable
Maintain accurate financial records
Communicate with vendors and bank contacts

Additional Administrative Duties

Oversee employee onboarding
Organize and maintain documents and office files
Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks (required)
At least 1 year of office experience (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Solid computer literacy
Good with math
Willingness to learn – training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
