We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

Manage the reception area, including maintaining office supplies, organizing incoming and outgoing mail, and keeping the office clean and organized.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and other staff members.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, presentations, and reports.

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, including organizing and archiving documents as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
