Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative and office support tasks

• Prepare and maintain documents, records, and reports

• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules

• Manage office supplies and vendor communications

• Support HR and finance with administrative duties

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

✔ Previous administrative experience is preferred

✔ Strong organizational and communication skills

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✔ Good command of English (Mandarin is an advantage)

✔ Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
