The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions. Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files

Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested

Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and organizing company documents

Support internal teams by coordinating logistics and communicating effectively across departments

Order office supplies and manage inventory

Assist in maintaining an organized and professional office environment

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner

Qualifications

Qualifications
