Role Description
This is a hybrid role opening for an Administrative Assistant. This is a full time role but we are also open to part-time contract support based on availability and qualifications. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks including updating materials and documentation, answering phone calls, managing communications, providing executive administrative support, and supporting on trip and production logistics. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in tourism or marketing industries is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
