Our client, a fast-growing healthcare private equity firm, is seeking a polished and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across multiple teams while working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative coverage across teams as needed
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Process expenses using Concur
- Support various group of professionals depending on team needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in private equity or venture capital (required)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
