Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, accounting, and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the organization.
  • Maintain and update financial records, accounting entries, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation, verification, and filing of financial, tax, and statutory documents.
  • Coordinate with banks, tax authorities, government agencies, auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders on matters relating to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate the submission, collection, renewal, and follow-up of licenses, registrations, tax filings, clearances, and other official documentation.
  • Maintain proper records of contracts, statutory documents, correspondence, and compliance-related files.
  • Support banking activities, payment processing, petty cash administration, and related financial transactions.
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of regulatory and administrative obligations.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documentation required by management and external authorities.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management and contribute to the effective execution of office operations and organizational activities.
  • Undertake additional administrative, financial, and compliance-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Min. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a vehicle with a valid driving license (required for bank or site visits).
