EquipmentShare is Hiring an Administrative Assistant

EquipmentShare is searching for an Administrative Assistant for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.

EquipmentShare is seeking anAdministrative Assistantto be responsible for facilitating the efficient operation of the executive team by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to help keep the team organized and on schedule. This position is expected to be located in the corporate office, but allows for some work-from-home days on occasion.

Primary Responsibilities

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities

Able to coordinate multiple projects at a high level of accuracy and speed.

Must be willing to help with corporate event planning and execution.

Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.

Answers incoming Slacks, responds to emails and voicemails as needed (screening when necessary).

Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for the management team.

Prepares agendas, slide decks and schedules for meetings as needed.

Facilitates the payment of bills, and attains signatures for payment processing for the corporate office.

Partners with the culinary and project management teams to plan for in-house meetings and catering needs.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Prior use of a project management software is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets/Docs/Gmail)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and without much supervision.

Must be available to work 40+ hours/week (M-F)

Some travel may be required (less than 10% of the time)

Past event planning experience is preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.
