About This Position
To provide a central resource for customers, sales, and regional KCN staff members in account and item setup, maintenance, and general support.
Essential Functions,
Duties
, and Responsibilities
Answer phones and log calls as needed
Process daily customer orders using company proprietary software
Process credits and inmate grievances
Process daily reports needed for the onsite delivery team
KCN Customer File Maintenance in Oracle
Filing of customer delivery paperwork in a timely manner
Regular activity reporting to manager
Book travel arrangements as needed
Assist in documenting procedures for regional KCN staff and distribution centers
Back up Office Staff as needed
Complete miscellaneous duties and assignments assigned by Manager
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables
Valid Photo
Self-starter with professional demeanor when working with people at all levels, including in correctional facilities
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
Customer service oriented
Excellent telephone and communication skills
10-key calculator experience
Experience with general office machines
PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Familiarity with computers preferred
