REMOTE POSITION
Inbound customer service – Fielding and answering phone calls from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or agent to ensure client satisfaction
Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
Update leaderboards for daily, weekly, monthly deal numbers
Checking the status of insurance deal applications through online portals
Calling the insurance to obtain the status of deal applications
Update the agents individual deal trackers
Manage email correspondence with agents and insurance companies
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Experience and excellent knowledge with Google Email/Sheets/Documents
Experience and excellent knowledge with Microsoft Teams/Outlook/Excel/Word
Experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance industry is preferred
Proficient data entry skills
Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Google Documents/Sheets and standard word-processing programs like Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work independently but also as a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
