Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our Vice President and other management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role will be a mix of remote, and in-person work with our Vice President.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support by preparing documents / marketing material.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Transcribe meeting notes and action items for follow-up.
Coordinate logistics between different employees / installation team members.
Assist with data entry for sales tracking.
Skills
Proficient in calendar management / logistics / travel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Many days will be remote / independent.
