Administrative Assistant (Bilingual C1) – Remote 💻 At Solvo Global 🧡💙, we are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative, financial, operational, and business development activities for one of our clients. This is a remote, full-time opportunity, ideal for bilingual professionals who enjoy multitasking, working with numbers, coordinating projects, and communicating with clients in English.

📍 Position Details

Role~ Administrative Assistant Work modality~ 100% Remote Schedule~ Monday to Friday | 9~00 AM – 5~00 PM CST Payment~ In USD Language requirement~ Bilingual role – Advanced English (C1 – written & spoken)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities Administration & Finance

Review paint purchases daily and track job margins Categorize and label card purchases accurately for budget comparison Prepare invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records Calculate and manage painter payroll Maintain painter insurance and workers’ compensation documentation Support and manage insurance audits

Operations & Scheduling

Schedule upcoming project weeks with clients Coordinate painter anniversaries and recognition initiatives

Customer Service & Retention

Follow up with past customers to drive repeat business using Broadly Respond to customer reviews and online feedback Send digital thank-you cards after project completion Manage and support the referral program

Sales Support

Conduct cold calling for small commercial outside sales opportunities (e.g., doctors’ offices, property managers, contractors)

Marketing & Communications

Create and distribute company newsletters Maintain a content calendar for email marketing campaigns

Recruitment

Support recruitment outreach and hiring efforts for painters

✅ Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant Advanced English proficiency (C1 – mandatory) Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Basic bookkeeping and financial tracking skills Solid math skills for light financial calculations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong professional client communication skills Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized work style
