Role Description
This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role based on-site in Towson, MD. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, perform clerical tasks, maintain schedules, and ensure effective communication within the organization. Key responsibilities include answering and routing phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing support to executive staff as needed.

- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Tasks
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous administrative or office support experience is required
