Role Description

This is a temporary project for someone who enjoys creating organization from chaos, is familiar with standard Microsoft programs, word docs, etc. Basic social media knowledge would also be helpful. In this role, you will help get paperwork organized and data entered into Google drive files and uploading to shopify website. Your energetic approach and keen attention to detail will help keep our workflows efficient and organized, enabling our company to thrive. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative skills, social media marketing skills, and could lead to other projects or more.

Qualifications

-Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-Ability to perform Clerical tasks such as organizing files, and data entry efficiently

-Highly organized

-Familiarity with standard office software is a plus

Skills

-Fast typing speed with high accuracy for data entry, correspondence, and social media posts.

-Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

-Attention to detail and reliability, including with grammar and spelling when composing emails and newsletters
