We’re launching a paid, full-time Internship Program and are looking for an intern to join our Customer Experience team for a 6-month rotational learning experience, designed to provide hands-on exposure within a fast-growing fintech company.

Location: Hybrid, Zagreb
Key Responsibilities:
- Go through a structured onboarding process with the Customer Experience team.
- Support day-to-day tasks and projects within assigned teams.
- Learn internal processes, tools, and workflows used in a global FinTech and HRTech company.
- Take ownership of tasks aligned with your interests and strengths as the program progresses.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to build practical, real-world skills.
Requirements:
- Student or recent graduate.
- Interest in the field of Customer Experience.
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time (40h/week) on-site for the duration of the program.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
Optional (nice-to-have, not required):
- Previous internship, student projects, or volunteer experience.
- Familiarity with start-ups, FinTech, or digital tools.
