Job Responsibilities
Reception of guests by greeting, welcoming, assisting, and hosting them appropriately. Including the arrangement of refreshments where appropriate.
Coordinate and manage the booking of the meeting rooms.
Oversee office, meeting rooms, pantry, storeroom housekeeping, maintenance, and cleanliness. Including the replenishment of all the necessary materials.
Handle all telephone inquiries promptly and professionally by ensuring the messages are passed on to the staff members on a timely basis.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcel processes (local and overseas couriers). Including the recording of the expenses chargeable to the clients.
Manage office administration including but not limited to procurement of office and pantry supplies, etc.
Collect letters and distribute to the respective staff
Provide support and/or coordination for company events and projects.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/management.
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE ‘O’, Diploma Level or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Resourceful and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Strong team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good at using Microsoft Office
