We are recruiting for a highly organized and proactive Administrator/ Coordinator to support the Director of Business Development in day-to-day activities and the smooth running of the department. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, adaptable and possesses excellent communication skills.

The Role:

Calendar Management: Effectively manage and organize the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of the Senior Executive Director including setting up meetings, and appointments, and ensuring timely reminders.

Travel Coordination: Arrange all travel arrangements internally and locally, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring the smoothest and most efficient itineraries.

Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefings for the Senior Executive Director as well as occasionally attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Task Management: Assist in managing tasks, projects, and deadlines, ensuring that all priorities are met.

Documentation: Maintain confidential records and files, as well as draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Expense Management: Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and financial tracking for the Senior Executive Director.
