The Administrative Assistant under the Office of the General Manager (OGM) provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager. The role ensures efficient day-to-day operations of the executive office, including coordination of reports, meetings, communications, and cross-functional initiatives. This position works closely with different departments to support business priorities, maintain organizational alignment, and ensure timely execution of key activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and validate completion of reports submitted by different departments and ensure timely submission to the Office of the General Manager.
  • Consolidate organizational data and prepare presentation materials for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and validation of financial data in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Analyze reports and provide insights to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative requests such as IT concerns, purchase requests, payment processing, and other documentation.
  • Serve as a point of coordination for asset-related concerns and administrative inquiries across departments.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support onboarding, project launches, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor manpower requests, assist in initial screening, and maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
  • Maintain and update organizational data, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support performance tracking processes and assist in consolidating evaluation data as needed.
  • Assist in planning and execution of company activities, meetings, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze operational data and prepare reports to support business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support to the General Manager and stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
