We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Client Service Excellence: Engages in the immediate and qualitative support of the company’s clientele, ensuring alignment with corporate management policies.
- Request Management: Analyzes and processes client requests effectively to ensure timely service and high satisfaction levels.
- Commercial Support: Collaborates on the collection of critical information and the preparation of comprehensive commercial offers.
- Policy & Claims Administration: Manages insurance policies and oversees client claims cases, ensuring rigorous follow-up and resolution.
- Data Integrity: Responsible for the accurate entry and continuous update of data within the company’s electronic systems and TMS.
- Management Reporting: Provides timely and documented briefings to the General Manager regarding operational issues and area of responsibility.
- Quality Compliance: Adheres to and implements the company’s Quality Management System to maintain high operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and oral).
