Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team and management.
Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, courier deliveries) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update company databases and records with accuracy.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents for internal and external use.
Assist in document control, data entry, and reporting.
Liaise with other departments and external vendors as needed.
Ensure the smooth operation of the office and support day-to-day needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
