What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Assist in the administration and servicing of financial aid programs, including managing borrower accounts and administering scholarships and grants
  • Serve as a liaison to financial aid staff, schools, and other sections within the organization
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to financial aid processes
  • Support the agency's values of Service, Innovation, Empowerment, Quality, and Accountability
  • Engage in continuous training and skill development to enhance job performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of entry-level technical experience in administrative functional areas such as human resources, accounting, or administration
  • Alternatively, one year of advanced-level clerical experience or one year of post-secondary education from an accredited college
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Ability to read, interpret, and explain policies, procedures, and legal documents
