Overview:
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $21 – $27 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

This Administrative Coordinator position provides a wide range of administrative support to the community. May also serve as main receptionist for the community.

Responsibilities/Job Description:
Assists with billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable needs using Eldermark software
Coordinates senior resident communications (care conferences, directories, provider support, and various correspondences)
Administrative support for leaders in hr functions such as; interview set up, new hire paperwork, and support with personnel files
Coordinates employee training and maintaining records for the community
Receptionist functions (if applicable); phones, greeting, type memos/clerical work, responds to medical/fire/maintenance emergencies
Qualifications:
Required Experience/Skills:
Working/training knowledge of MS office products (word, email, etc)
Ability to use computers, type up memos with accuracy
Strong customer service proficiency seeking resolutions in a friendly manner
Patience and sympathy ability to serve and work with seniors, families, staff
Preferred Experience/Skills:
One-three year’s related or similar experience preferred
Experience working with Eldermark and Educare preferred
Experience in long term care or assisted living or medical care setting preferred
