What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform clerical and secretarial duties, including word processing, filing, copying, scanning, and document management
- Utilize computer applications for database entry, scheduling, reporting, and ordering
- Greet and direct patients, visitors, physicians, and vendors, and answer telephones professionally
- Maintain and monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including creating requisitions
- Assist with orientation and training of new team members and support daily payroll entry and scheduling
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area
- All experience must be paid and in the same related field
- Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
