Location: Fort Collins, CO

Status: Full-Time, hourly

This position provides administrative support to the Clinical Directors. The role will perform a variety of tasks and projects across the department. Demonstrated experience in project management, advanced Excel, managing multiple priorities, problem-solving and organization to support teams are necessary.

What You’ll Do:

Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Managing assigned projects and providing updates to team members.

Coordinating logistics for identified activities/events/meetings/training.

Coordination of scheduling of participants for workshops, email communication, and tracking.

Providing administrative support to members of the department’s leadership team.

Attending meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items and follow-up.

Demonstrates through cultural humility the use of inclusive language and interaction, valuing others of different cultures and the ability to work effectively across differences based on identify and diversity of beliefs held by staff, clients, stakeholders, and the community.

Proficiency with hosting Zoom and Teams presentations and workshops to large groups.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in addition to organizational skills, and analytical/problem-solving ability.

Prepare reports, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree required

High school graduate with 10 years of experience in an office setting in lieu of degree; and

Minimum four years’ experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent

Preferred:

Bilingual and Bi-cultural

Prior data entry experience and/or Microsoft Office Suite experience.
