Overview
As a Receptionist/Secretary at our small clean fill disposal site, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and handling inquiries from clients and visitors. You will ensure smooth communication between the disposal site staff and customers while maintaining organized office functions.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
Manage appointments and schedules for site visits, deliveries, and pickups.
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence.
Handle customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and site procedures via phone, email, or in person.
Ensure all administrative records are organized and up-to-date, including customer details, transactions, and site logs.
Coordinate with site personnel to communicate any visitor or delivery needs, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
Basic computer skills.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.86 – $25.94 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
