The Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk role involves performing accurate data entry and typing tasks remotely. Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, maintaining a consistent output.
- Hardware Utilization: Safely use personal devices, including phone devices, laptops, or desktop computers, to complete daily task queues.
- Correspondence Management: Manage ongoing email communications with clients professionally and responsively as needed.
- Independent Execution: Maintain strong focus and work productively without distractions in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Typing Speed: Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute or higher.
- Technical Infrastructure: Access to a reliable, stable internet connection and basic proficiency in core PC skills.
- Language Skills: Basic written and spoken English communication skills.
- Age Requirements: Minimum age of 16 years or older.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
- Hourly Pay Range: $16 to $30 per hour. Final compensation within this range is determined based on individual experience and a demonstrated ability to work effectively from home.
