Job Description
- Plan, manage, and execute company events from concept development, budgeting, timeline management, vendor coordination, to post-event evaluation.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, brands, communities, media, and other external stakeholders to support campaign objectives.
- Develop community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and audience participation.
- Supervise coordination between internal teams and external parties to ensure all event, partnership, and community activities run smoothly and meet targets.
- Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and regular reports on event and collaboration performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as attendee numbers, engagement, partnership value, media exposure, and feedback for future improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in events, partnerships, community management, brand activation, or marketing.
- Strong network with communities, media partners, vendors, and potential business partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills, proactive mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
