Administrative Associate position will provide administrative support to and will collaborate with the other team members to provide essential backup support for addition members as required.
Must have administrative experience and preferably financial experience or at least aptitude.
Oracle Financials experience and some experience on grant proposal preparation and submittals would be very helpful.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
1) Administrative Support
Provide day to day administrative support with mail, calendar, correspondence, travel arrangements, filing, ordering supplies, and assist in shipping samples and documents.
2) Finance
Reconciliation of monthly expenditure statements with special attention to student appointments, tracking expenses and projections. Process/reconcile purchase orders, reimbursement requests, purchasing card transactions and expense transfers.
Requirements:
3 – 5 years of administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in desktop applications. (Word, Excel, email and calendar application)
Self-starter with ability to prioritize and make decisions with minimal supervision
Good judgment and flexibility are musts.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Ability to interact with a large variety of individuals at all levels of the university.

Pay: $23.00 – $44.00 per hour
